Surfing my cable channels and just came across the 'Horn Network.  Why the heck would an Oklahoman LHN on their TV?  I may have to switch to an antenna!!

Of course that should read, "Why the heck would an Oklahoman want LHN on their TV?".  I called Cox over the weekend to see if I could get it taken off.  The lady laughed.  I don't know where the Cox call center is but apparently I'm not the only Sooner who's had that question.  

SA, was it you that was talking about the Big 12 sports/games being on Fox systems?  I have looked on all the FX stations here in Chicagoland, but have not found locally nor seen anything on the FXOK stations either. I have directv...

Nope, OSU, I don't think it was me.  

That could have been me 66. I live in Florida and have the extra sports package on Comcast and it gives me all the regional FOX Sports channels. that way I don't need to worry about blackout games locally. The only drawback is that those "other" FOX Sports channels are not in HD. My local FOX Sports channel is "Sun Sports", which is in HD. Since I have Comcast I don't know if Direct TV has the same thing. Just ask them if they have : FCSA, FCSC, and FCSP. I believe they are classified as 'College" Channels. I hope this helps.

I'm on Comcast and I get the Sooner Sports Network along with the Big 12 stuff, mostly on channel 414 but some on 424.  I also get the Pac 12 and even some of the Sun Network...just looked and there was something on there for Florida State golf. 

Do you currently get Fox Sports with Direct TV?  If so, as I understand it once your provider authenticates that as true, you can get the Sooner Sports Network automatically included on your Direct TV package.  And I think it's free.  Not sure on that though, but will call a friend of mine down in Oklahoma tomorrow and find out for sure how it works and will let you know in a PM.

I live in Texas and i hav Verizon Fios, unfortunately it comes with the LHN.
