oooh feisty tell ya what really don't need ya taking up for UK, stick to your own team, oh thats right thats a big secret, anyone can see UF was the better team, as much as I don't like to admit it, but even at that, like i said before its kinda pathetic as bad as the sec is this year they cant go undefeated in the league.

Actually its kinda pathetic what a sore loser you are.  Can you ever let a team enjoy their victory or do you feel the need to try and take lame half-baked shots at them every time?  (it's a rhetorical question, I already know the answer)

It's a shame you're so insecure that you feel the need to do that.

Kudos to all of the UF fans for being as classy in their voctory tonight as they were in deafeat the other night.  Many fanbases should take notes.

Its not pathetic that UF won't go undefeated in the SEC.  I think this is a good Florida team, but just about everybody trips up at least once in conference play every year.  Also this year the top tier teams just aren't as strong as they typically are either.

So I guess Florida had a crappy year last year 23-10 (10-6) in the regular season.
Lets stay on track there kiddo. I'm talking about this years team. Idgaf about two years ago (although it was fun watching my huskies beat the cats down twice)

UK best win right now? number 47 RPI Ole miss, now if you want to go into Ole miss that is a whole different topic (they are the same as UK, they've beaten next to no one).

Uk's next best win? 74 RPI maryland then 76 TA&M then 85 Tenn... after that? their next best win is 114 LSU.

Man that is murderers row.

Throw in a loss to that 76 TA&M at home by 13 along with 6 other losses and the cats are not close to T25 and they are plummeting fast.

They have two chances to get good wins, A flailing Mizzu team and the same FL team.

Realistically they need to win out and do something in the tourney to secure a spot.

But the committee will likely let them in anyways with their pathetic resume so don't fret.

No excuses for losing to Arkansas.  But Id say a few top teams would have lost to the Hogs as hot as they were shooting.. Maybe not, nobody will ever know... Tons of season left

nah well get a new one to watch next year, ya know whats really funny as bad as the SEC is this year UF couldnt even go undefeated in the league.
LOL

How often does a team go undefeated in any conference? It takes a special team to do that (and yes, I know Kentucky did it last year; that team was special so no need to brag).

Annetta, that is a post from a seriously jealous hater! None of the true TOP teams have gone undefeated in their leagues, and the ACC has less top teams than the SEC by far, yet people can just overlook Miami's 12pt loss to FL GULF COAST by 12 and Indiana St on a neutral court....not to mention the 20 pt beat down by Zona on a neutral court who only beat FL AT HOME by 1?!?! Come to think of it, FL has ONLY 1 "bad" loss all season (11pts) and have lost to 2 top teams by a COMBINED 7pts....now how does ONE duke beat down = 20 something Gator beat downs? Really?

Not really. The bubble is weak. Kentucky has the resume of about an 11 seed right now imo. Their best wins aren't great, but they don't really have any bad losses (Texas A&M is a marginal loss, but not technically a bad one yet). Most other bubble teams can't say that.

If Noel's injury is as serious as it looked, I can see them missing the tournament. If he's able to come back, I think they'll deservingly slide in.

IMO, Kentucky does not match up well with Florida.  Young is stronger inside than Noel.  Murphy is simply to much for Wilji(sp) and the Florida guards ar too quick for the kentucky guards.  that said, Kentucky took away the Florida 3 point game and was fiesty throughout the entire game./  Tough break for Noel; hopefully it is not as serious at it looked. We pray for a swift recovery for the very talented and very young Noel.  All that said, it's a good win for Florida; especially after losing 5 straight to the wildcats.  For a change, we are the better team......it took awhile.

What the hell is all this talk about going undefeated in conference play???? Kentucky, as good as they were last year slipped up. Granted, it was the SEC Tournament, but they still lost. Florida proved tonight, beyond a shadow of a doubt that they are the king of the SEC this year, and belong amongst the 7-10 teams that have a legitimate shot at cutting down the nets in April. I could easily sit her and rip apart Kentucky, and try to take away from Florida, but there's no point in even trying. Kentucky was bad, Florida was good.....hell, great tonight.

Hey Swamp,

Don't hold one bad apple against the whole bunch. Florida is the Cats meow.for sure. No way UK is at the top this year. Any sane UK fan knows this. But don't forget our run now is 7-2. Get your digs while you can. Cause even nofices know that ain't the norm. So stick your chest out while you can, cause you know most of the time, what? You get the air knocked out of you. You got a good team this year, enjoy it . But you know that's not the norm don't ya!
