How can spammers post links?

How can the spammers post links to their live streaming sites, but we can't post links to anything?

Cause CBS is stupid

Looks like you've been ignored Rod.  means they don't know how they are posting live links and so don't want to address the problem.

Not only are these bots relentless, but they call us gay!

And yeah, you won't get an answer from these guys. When they know they are wrong they usually just pretend it isn't there or will censor you. 

Not sure how they're able to post links. All the moderation staff can to to stop these spammers is remove their posts as soon as they're spotted.

Or re-implement a 30-60 wait period for new users to make threads.  but that is too much common sense for CBS

You might as well have kept quiet because that just screams "we am clueless and defeated."

The moderation staff would love nothing more than to be able to curb spammers from posting non-stop. Unfortunately, it's out of our hands. Because of that, removing spammer IDs as soon as they're found is the best course of action we can take at this time.

If they can do that, and the reason to disable links was to keep them from doing that - can you re-enable links so everyone can use links?
