What 3 players would you be happy drafting at #3

The contract aspect is just another reason to trade out of that spot if you can but even if they can't trade back the money is nowhere near as restrictive as it used to be. I Wouldn't hate Warmack with the pick I just don't see a GM who has never made a first round draft pick before reaching for a guard at number 3. I look for Reggie to play it safe his first time with a high draft pick.

It doesn't take 40 yards to get to the QB and there is no way Carson Palmer runs that these days, not even close.

Apparently, Moore hasn't run it ever

There's way better pass rushers in this draft with much higher upsides

I'd have Joeckle 1 and Werner 2 on my board, but unfortunately I think that's the order they get drafted. At 3 I'd have Miliner. I really do believe we need to build the trenches, but Miliner is BPA and a shut down CB. A position we need some serious help at. I'm just hoping the Geno smokescreen fools someone into trading with us, or even in front of us which would make Joeckel or Werner there at 3. Jarvis Jones could possibly move into that spot at 3 if he performs well at his pro day. Pass rusher IMO is our biggest need.

Gholston looked like a bust in that Bowl game vs Florida. I knew the Jets had blown it the moment his name was called.

It's not just the slow 40 time that several teams may have been turned off by Moore 89, its also the fact that he only did 12 reps of 225. That is awful for a DE. He may still go in the 1st rd but unless there is an significant upgrade of both his time and reps at his Pro Day, he will be a mid to late rd pick.

So? Allen also ran a 4.6 at 265 and has a much quicker 1st step

Damontre Moore is not worth a top 10 pick - Period

It's interesting that they also thought Jared Allen wasn't worthy of a top ten pick and Vernon Gholston was.

It isn't black and white in combine numbers.

He's weak, slow, small, and doesn't have a quick 1st step. Why are you in love with this guy? After taking a good look at him it's obvious he has huge holes in his game

His highlight vids are garbage. Moore rarely whips the man right in front of him like a top 10 pick should. I expect a top 10 pick to smack the guy in front of him right off the snap on the reg. I expect him to have a lightning quick 1st step that gives a tackle problems

If Jarvis Jones is available the Raiders should draft him but if he isn't the Raiders should draft Damontre Moore.

Moore needs to hit up every backyard Barbecue he can find over the next week pack on about ten more pounds and get an acupuncturist to do something about his hammy because right now he looks undersized, slow and weak. Not a good combination. Mean while This Ziggy Ansah character is flying up the charts. Moore's Pro day better be epic.

I don't understand how anaylist say Moore is too small, but Werner isn't? Moore is a inch talker and 5 LBs less I think. I wouldn't worry about the strength because that can be improved in one offseason of being in the weight room, my scare is why wasn't he in the weight room already? Some have him falling to the 2nd rd now and if they trade back and get a 2nd I'd steal him in a heart beat. He's a productive player. Numbers don't lie, and he was in the SEC.

I'd take him in the 18-32 range. At 3 seems to be too many questionable guys. I feel like all the guys who were at the top during the season have slid down to 10-15 range. Like Star, Werner, Jarvis Jones. If we can trade down and still get a top guy it's a successful draft. I was wondering if anybody watch the senior bowl and saw the FSU MLB Vince Williams? He stood out to me as a thumper. I watched his highlights and everytime he tackles somebody they stop in their tracks or go backwards. I don't know his weaknesses but after watching him in that game I wouldn't mind giving him a shot.

Williams tackles high from what I can see. In the NFL that isnt gonna fly. He seems to have good instincts and closing speed. I wonder about someone like Jelani Jenkins. His stock doesnt seem that high but his ceiling does. Mancini could probably provide better insight about him but somebody who runs a 4 5 40 and a linebacker could always be moved inside, or kept outside. He also seems to excel in special teams, another very needed aspect to the Raiders.

You're right about the prime timers all seeming to take a slide in this draft. If there ever was a year to trade down this one is it. Te'o is a head case Star has heart issues Jones and Moore W T F. And Geno looked like Tebow in his bowl game. The entire top ten is going to be a crap shoot. The only position that looks issue free is the O line and the Raiders look fairly solid there other than at the guard position which is a spot I wouldn't drat in the top 3. A month ago D line looked like the can't miss position and now there are all kind of question marks. I hope Reggie knows what he's doing because this draft is anything but a sure thing.

You know RMac wants an excellent football player.  I see RMac going with:
1. DT Floyd Fla
2. OG Warmack Ala
3. CB Milliner Ala

They are all excellent FB players.  They are difference makers. That is what this team needs.

Devil, I agree about Jelani Jenkins. I really like him. Just the same as Williams when he hits you, you stop. I'd take either, I was just thinkin we need a MLB so thought Vince Willliams but if Burris moves over then Jenkins would be a solid late round choice. Jarvis Jones, Floyd or Milliner at 3. Evening it's Joeckle I'm satisfied.

We have to make #3 count. If I'm Reggie, One of these guy'e will wear the Raiders uniform.

Joeckel
Floyd
Eric Fisher

All three will have a major impact for their prospective teams. So much so I believe all three are serious trade bait.
