Also lets not forget she just 2 points behind Ryan Newman and 4 points behind Matt Kenseth. 

In my opinion, I see her finishing in the top 25 in points for the season.

Could it be you are living in a Dream World.  Last week was her first real race in Cup.  Playing follow the leader isn't racing.  What did she do?  Qualified 40th, finished 39th.  Her highest position was 21st after a 2 tire stop and she went straight backwards on the restart. 

Frady, you need to start watching the races, instead of just looking at the points after 2 races.  Remember this time last season 5 time Jimmie Johnson was in 38th position.  Let's see where she stands compared to these others that you mentioned come the 600. 

I have watched every lap of both races. Wanna talk about dropping like a rock yesterday tell me again what happened to MWR driver Mark Martine yesterday?

He  came in on the last caution because of the right side issues he had earlier.  He actuall climbed about 8 spots after the Green Flag dropped. 

OBTW, I didn't like the call, but Mark has enough experience to have a feel for the vehicle.  Also, not sure what his fuel situtation was.

And I missed out on a lot of Chad Little and Derrike Cope posts.  Two drivers I liked that were never any good (even though Cope WON the Daytona 500 (fluke) and a race at DE).

The more I think about it the more I understand what a cutsey, little sweetheart, seat sniffing post this is.  Now, I have already done this but I would be interested to know if anyone else knows the percentage of her lead she lost over Stewart, Harvick, Kahne, et al. between the end of Daytona and the end of Phoenix (hint, it's like her sunglasses - massive).  On a side note, I am very happy when fans vociferously defend mediocrity.

Far from a seat sniffer and i'm far from defending mediocrity. Honestly I could care less about Patrick but when I watch fans of mediocre drivers calling other drivers mediocre I am going to stand up for the driver being bashed.

No, let's not bash her for performing as well as she can.  Let's keep this post alive all season to track her points progress.  If 13 years of her racing statistics are any indication of what's to come, this ought to be a mediocre performance for the ages.  She should pick up in the rankings soon.  I say that because there are only 35 points earning drivers that have competed in all of the races thus far.  She's 30 of 35.  That's the bottom 15%.  Don't worry, she just needs a liiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiittle more time, that's all.  Been hearing that since 2005.

Let's not forget that for the 3 races after Daytona Danica has had to use a provisional to get into the race.  Even though Las Vegas was rained out, her practice speed would indicate she would have started somewhere in the 30's anyway. 

Good thing NASCAR did away with the rule that a team could only use 6 provisionals then they would not get another one for 6 races.  Kind of like the Past Champions rule, which states 1 provisional then you have to attempt 6 races before you get another PC provisional. 

Maybe NASCAR realize from her Nationwide qualifying, that Danica would have run out of provisionals before the 600..

Stat of the day:  The Queen (since NASCAR talking heads refer to her and Stenhouse as the Royal Couple of Racing, christ, how stupid are those booth idiots?), presently leads Allmendinger by FIVE points.  She has also competed in twice as many races as he has (4 to his 2).  It's too bad there isn't a Shuttle program anymore.  There really isn't anything she can't master.
