Jones if you want to be sure of consistency meaning I think last year is what he should do. Heyward if you are willing to take a little less maybe this year, but hope for seasons that exceed his rookie year. Has to cut down those strikeouts and increase those walks. In otherwords, I think Heyward has more upside potential, but can't be sure he will ever attain it.
