Charles Barkley tells it like it isReally? REALLY? He had no clue about anything that was going on, did no homework on any of the teams, picked losing teams to win at least 75 % of the time. He was a pair of clown shoes. I agree that mentally handicapped people should not be discriminated against but they shouldn't be on TV for people to laugh at either.
I'm sure they'll do it again this year, but having the guys from Inside the NBA doing coverage last year was great.Yeah until they talk about rules and regulations that don't exist in college basketball.
Charles Barkley should run for president.
double elimination regionals then double elimination semifinals, like the college world series format (the best playoff format in any sport).
On the other hand, a 16 seed getting to play a competitive game on tuesday is probably better for them and since they get a chance to get a touney win, I think keeping it as is would be fine.History says there's a 0% chance of a 16 seed beating a 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament.
With larger and larger conference it might also create a bit more opportunity for more cross divisional games among power conference members on home courts for the regular season crown which is a lot, lot more meaningful IMO than a conference tourney title.Except, of course, when Mizzou won and KU didnt in last season's B12 tournament.
