(3) Duke @ UNC Round 2!!!

Honestly thought it would be a fairly tight game, with Duke pulling away a bit in the 2nd half to win by 6-8 pts...definitely did not see this beat down coming as Carolina had been playing some pretty good ball recently.

Defense was AWESOME, we contested alot of their 3's and the helped by missing some wide open ones too. UNC has no awnser for Mason. Seth went off early. The 4 guard line up cant work against a team like Duke. We forced them to play their bench players early, messing up their rotation. 

Almost perfect game played by Duke. Lets continue to this in the ACC Tournament.  

And that is how good Duke's defense is with Kelly back on the floor.


Good win last night against UNC.

HeelFan4Ever, how did that turn out for ya! I love your desire to work for the NY Times by editing someone else's post, but you just got fired before you were ever hired! LMAO...... Your boys got served and it was quite ugly! Did any of the diehards stick around until the end of that BLOWOUT? We played with you like a cat does a mouse! The great thing for the Heels is that you get a chance at redemption if we meet on Saturday. We both have to win to make that happen. I am confident that we will uphold our end of the bargain. I know that a true college hoops fan, no matter his allegiance is smart enough to see that this Duke team is going to be a favorite to cut down some nets in the "DANCE". Any other thoughts would be blasphemy! In fact with Kelly back, we aren't one of the favorites, we are the favorite!!!!

Bring that small lineup to the semi's on Saturday and we will smack you around again for good measure! As if that last whoopin' wasn't enough, RIGHT?!?

How'd that turn out for you Doubleotts??  How'd all your predictions go?  You said you were, "confident that we (pewke) will hold up our end of the bargain."  Looks like prediction #1 was a lot of hot air. 

How'd Kelly do??  I didn't see one minute of the game but I saw some of Kelly's lowlights...Wells blowing by him going coast-to-coast...Wells going in for a layup over Kelly and Kelly FLOPPING to the floor even though there was no contact.  8 points out of Kelly and you lose to Maryland for the second time and this time WITH KELLY ON THE FLOOR!!  He shoots 3-11 and with him back and playing no defense and flopping all over the place you think duke is the favorite??

Looks like Crotch K needs to draw up some new ways to flop...since it's apparent Kelly is not going to drop 36 on every team they play.

I was just trying to have a little fun with my previous post-editing...but it appears you just wanted to prove how arrogant some duke fans can be.  Congrats on the game...now you just get to sit around and wonder whether duke will be rusty or rested by the time they get to play their next game.
