Here in WI...our Great Governor Scott Walker had the balls to make the tough decisions for the best interests of all in the state not just the public union employees. Guess what? He got a STANDING OVATION from a crowd of public employee teachers the other day. WHY? Because we NOW have a nearly 500 million dollar surplus and his message is to return monies to the teaching profession ( NOW THAT WE CAN AFFORD IT ) in the form of bonuses for high performing teachers....

Your "facts" are a tad misleading...there isn't a state in the country that currently does not have some debt.  Plus, about 1/3 of the Wisconsin budget is being paid for by federal funds.  So, your numbers don't support any type of success with Reagonomics.  Cut and trim all you want but if any sate cannot make a dent in paying off it's debt going in that direction, guess what?  You need more revenue and generally there is only one way to get that.

I am of the opinion that BJ Upton sucks. Putting him on the grass and on a bigger field will hurt his power numbers, but at least he won't have to face Medlen and Kimbrel. Things will be rocking at Turner, but BJ won't have much to do with it, i predict.

Braves have a solid outfield.  Saying Upton sucks is a bit much.  He has been inconsistant while in Tampa, but all that can change in a new city.  What is needed out of him will be much less in Atlanta, allowing his game to fall into a more natural role.  The power/slugging demands placed on him in Tampa exceeded his potential.    In fact, the entire National League game favors his play style. 

I think he will do just fine in Atlanta.  Especially with the solid bats behind him, something he did not have in Tampa with longoria on and off the DL
