Whether you're a Canadiens fan or Canucks fan, how can you feel good about cheering for gutless acts of flopping? To me it's like little punks in the neighborhood stealing car stereos and cheering for them when the cops don't catch em. They are spineless slimy hose bags. Really the NHL should review and harshly fine these pickle smoochers who are tainting the game. Ryan Kessler is the only honorable player so far for the Canucks. 2-2 series first road team to win takes it all! Go Bruins!

Just a question, do Thomas, Thornton, and Boynton carpool? There always seems to be shots of the three of them walking in together.

Obviously disappointing loss tonight, fellas. Gotta hand it to those pesky Canucks - they adjusted and stepped up their game. Bruins looked like they lost a bit of their step and rage tonight. Extra day of rest before Game 6. Was so hoping they could take tonight's game to set up a possible Cup clincher in Boston. Let's pick it up again Bruins and bring that Cup home to Boston!!! Go Bruins.

Here are some quick stats that I find hard to believe given that the Bruins are down 3 games to 2.

What a aggravating loss last night. The Bruins HAD to score first and they had the opportunity to do it and didn't cash in. Kelly hitting the crossbar, Bergy in the slot and couldn't raise the puck high enough, the one timer that Marchy fanned on they where there. We have to look at we didn't play the game like we did in Boston and lost 1 - 0 on a lucky goal again. Van is getting the lucky bounces at home they are not outplaying us.Heres to the Bruins winning game 6 and it coming all down to game 7. Since the Bruins have lost 5 straight road games in the playoffs they get the most important road game of their careers. They were a better road team than a home team. I've BELIEVED in this team when it was down to the Habs and i still BELIEVE in this team to win the Stanley Cup. HERE WE GO BRUINS!!!! HERE WE GO!!!! WE WANT THE CUP!!!!

I was listening to sports radio here today, and I was getting in the car when they were in the middle of playing a clip from a reporter asking LaPierre how he was able to come back from the injury he sustained when Chara speared him after the whistle. He was obviously being sarcastic about the embellishment, and it was awesome. I can't find the clip now, I'd like to hear the whole thing. LaPierre skated around the question, of course. Kudos to that reporter. |

Tonight, and possibly Wednesday is very, very simple....either the Bruins pay the price and impose their will and bodies tonight and tomorrow, or we do not get it done. I think every Bruins Fan can watch the first 10 minutes and know if the Bruins have the fire to get it done or not....it's night and day when the Bruins have the fire burning in them.
The Bruins played for Horton in game 3....rightfully so!!! I would suggest they play for Thomas tonight and hopefully Wednesday....he has done EVERYTHING humanly possible in this series to help his team win....he has had a fight, laid boyd checks...and only6 goals in 5 games and we are down. Bruins you have let an amazing performance go to waste....and to boot the other goalie who let 12 goals in 2 games....JUST KICKED SAND in Thomas face. Come on bruins...you owe Thomas 2 huge games...lets get this done so Luongo has to eat his own poop this post season |

i have mixed feelings on tonights' game. All in all I expect a win and a loss in Vancouver. That seems to be the way it's going to play out. However with there backs against the wall in both games, I think they will find a way to bring home the cup. The Bruins have been breaking New Englanders hearts for a long time and it's time to put this heartbraking to an end!!
I really think the loss with Marc Savard and later Nathan Horton have hurt this team imensely. With only the the goaltending of Tim Thomas holding it all together. They were down against the Canadiens took care of the flyiers and dispatched the lightening. All told I think they were up against it when this series reared it's ugly head. Now being down 3-2 There is no wiggle room left. They need to play for their hockey lives tonight and hopefully wednesday as well. If they play the way they did when they beat Vancouver back in february They will have already of won the cup. They have out scored our opponents but have not out hit and out shot them yet. (in a winning effort). Let's get it done boys!! I'm gonna give up hockey altogether if I get dissappointed . In the near future. Ahhh I'll be back Hell my dad always did. But he's watching from above this year, hows' the veiw pop? Go bruins, ps. I watchd a hbo Flyers special on how they beat the Bruins too start there run in the mid 70's Two things I wanna mention here. 1st they held on too players longer back then, That wont be the same for the Canucks or the bruins when one team reaches the ultimate prize. So a second or third chance in four or five years seems remote at best. 2nd Back then intimidation played a key role in there successs. It could work here too for a short 2 game series. But I wouldn't count on it. The key is a good game(s) from sequin, Another strong performance(s) from Thomas. And some quick thinking from Claude Julien. Sadly two out of thre aint gonna cut it. not this time. Good luck boys! Go get that cup!!!!!!~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

It was humiliating to find out the Garden crowd were caught chanting ''flopper'' When Raymond was struggling against a potentially career ending injury. I'm not saying it was a dirty hit, it wasn't, However I would think the boston Hockey fan would be a tad more intelligent when it comes too witnessing a true injury. That said, I hope Raymond makes a full recovery, and Bruins regain the respect of there Vancouver opponants. Go Bruins. Game 7, Game On!! |

Yeah it did not look for Bruins fans to chant anything there... however, a lot could be brought on by the acting of several Canucks... even I thought for certain that Raymond would be out next shift.
I hope Bruins can bring it next game, and also hope that the Seidenberg scare was only an equipment malfunction, or minor stinger. |

I think with all the Vancouver injuries the playing field is starting to even up......god with the play of Thomas, and all the injuries on Vancouver, and the way we have shut down the Sedins.....man even though we are in Vancouver....THE Bruins HAVE TO GET THIS DONE!!!!!! |

Right on Brufan24! We need to play physical!! It's do or die time! We've owned them at home and kept up with them at their house! If we play it like a home game we have a chance at this! Do this for Horton and Thomas!!!! Keep in their face and play tough Bruins hockey! GO BRUINS!!!!!

If we lose by playing physical, mean, tough, and bring intensity like we have in Boston, then as tough as it will be to accept...I will be at peace with it. It will just be one very big bitter pill to swallow, if we play just to stay in the game like all the other games in Vancouver.....I will feel we wasted a once in a 20 year opportunity.
Please come out like a angry bear and maul these Swedish meatballs one last time! I cannot believe we are this close....I always just wanted to see the Bruins do it just once in my life!!! |
