I know the Oakland County Judge well..She gives jail time for first time alcohol related
offenses,no matter what the situation..
A relative of mine got cited for a dui with a blood alcohol level of .09 and recieved 30 days in jail.
It was the first ticket she had ever gotten,not that I have a problem with it,but the Judge is a hard-liner.
