Much ado about Da'Rick: Rogers back at Tennesse...March 31, 2012 6:09 pm
I'm starting to think he has a multiple personality problem. First, he was committed to Georgia, then he switched to Tennessee at the last second, and since he's been there he has exhibited the traits of a Jekyll and Hyde personality. I really don't know what to make of him, but he's making himself easy to dislike for multiple fan bases, including his own.

Assuming Rogers understands the difference between GA and GA ST, does he know anything about Bill Curry? Curry is one of the few coaches who means it when he says integrity, academics and sportsmanship come before winning. Rogers has a much higher-profile stage at UT, and curry wouldn't tolerate any nonsense. I hope this stuff is only more nonsense related to our foolish marijuana laws.

You simply can't run a program like this. Dooley seems like a decent enough guy but there are some pretty glaring aspects at Tennessee that just don't seem to coincide with well-run programs. He had better get these kids to respect himself, the program and the opportunity or else this isn't going to end well.

Dooley need not expect any discipline from the others if he continues to kiss this guys ash! NO Player is worth losing the team.

Once again, Dooley is silent on Rogers behavior. Just goes to show you that not all players are treated the same. I mean, what is with the double secret probation? He is on probation, oh no, he is not on probation. Dooley has no problem throwing other less talented players under the bus when they don't perform well on the field or classroom. Just don't understand the "all is well" speak when it comes to Rogers. But then again, Dooley knows this is a make or break year and not having a player like #21 on the field, isn't going to help him keep his job but it very well may end up costing his team in the process, keeping a cancer around.

The real shame in this sports/entertainment industry circus is "Dooley" allowing his legendary family name to be stained by continually making desperately embarrassing concessions to what is obviously an ego out of control. It makes one think that he has served up his testicles and his family name for the substantial salary he gets and a chance to kiss an arrogant kid's behind in Macy's window. Ugly and very sad. His family still loves him for sure, but their pride has to be taking a beating they do not deserve.

I am SO glad that Rogers took Nance and his circus to Knoxville instead of Athens a couple years ago. He committed early to UGA and then signed a package deal with UT to get Nash Nance an athletic scholarship. Man did the Dawgs luck out on this guy. Great athlete but definitely not a team guy.
