The Cardinals were supposed to get bad this year.    How the hell do they do it?   

a second Wild card spot and the phillies having a terrible year which freed up 1 spot. only wash, atl, cincy, stl, la, and sf were good to decent this year. there's 5 playoff spots out there. philS had 81 wins with that slop team they put out there. wiggington, mayberry, brown etc couldn't hit in a wiffleball league! how they got hot at the end and won 81 games is beyond me!
