Saturday was my step-son's 21st B-day and we had family activities that didn't allow me to follow the game. I'm disappointed the Beavs lost to Stanford, but it looks like it was a hard fought battle and not just a blowout. We just got home a little after midnight and I'm trying to see the ESPN highlights and reading what recaps are on this site. They can still win against Cal, Oregon (can you say UPSET ???? ), and they should beat Nicholls St with more than enough wins to put them in a decent bowl game. Coming off a 3-9 season, I'd say they've had a great season so far and can finish with another 2-3 wins by the end. I hope they can regroup now and be prepared for Cal. GO BEAVS ! ! ! !
