Hard-Headed Womanb - Elvis Presley

I know a lot of fancy dancers
People who can glide you on a floor
They move so smooth but have no answers
When you ask, why'd you come here for
I don't know "Why"

Hard Headed Woman - Cat Stevens

Very nice, Clean.

I sat down and wrote me a little song.
Now this is how it feels to be alone
at the top of the hill and trying to figure out why

You're faithful to her in your careless way
And so you miss her when she's far away
But every time you think you've got it straight, you fall

Hard To Say - Dan Fogelberg

Have mercy, baby on a poor girl like me,
You know I'm falling, falling, falling at your feet,
I'm tingling right from my head to my toes,
So help me, help me, help me make the feeling go.

Say You Love Me - Fleetwood Mac

Well they tell me of a pie up in the sky
Waiting for me when I die
But between the day you're born and when you die
They never seem to hear even your cry

is the hardest part

Well yeah I might have chased a couple women around
All it ever got me was down
Then there were those that made me feel good
But never as good as I'm feeling right now

And times were very hard.

When I Was Young - The Animals

Come you ladies and you gentlemen, a-listen to my song
Sing it to you right, but you might think it’s wrong
Just a little glimpse of a story I’ll tell
’Bout an East Coast city that you all know well

Hard Times in New York Town - Bob Dylan

She walked into the room her hand upon her hip
Said, "Look out boy I'll make your backbone slip"
Straight at me, the devil in her eye
I knew what I was getting but took it by surprise

Hard Loving' Woman - Deep Purple. This band came of age in the early 90s, but they had a 70s type sound

The Black Crowes covered this classic song and it was their breakout hit single from their 1990 debut album.

The original artist recorded it in 1967 but it was released posthumously after his death.

Toys and things that come by the dozen
That ain't nothin' but drug store lovin'
Pretty little thing, let me light your candle

Hard to Handle - Otis Redding

You can't go wrong with either version.

This one is much older than the '70s, the version I know was recorded in the early '90s.

Let us pause in life's pleasures and count its many tears,
While we all sup sorrow with the poor;
There's a song that will linger forever in our ears;

Hard Times - Bob Dylan

Old men crying, young men dying
World still turns as Father Time looks on
On and on
Children playing, dreamers praying
Laughter turns to tear as love has gone
Has it gone?

This is one of my favored songs from this artist.

Ain't it hard when you wake up in the morning
And you find out that those other days are gone?
All you have is memories of happiness lingerin' on
