...so funny to hear those talking about slavery ended 150 years ago, how does it effect you now....what may have happened 50 -60 years ago means nothing today....what happened in the 80's doesn't effect you today....can someone tell me how long black people in this country have been paying local, state and federal taxes. to the government...and how many years were they denied access to fair representation in government, both intentionally and unintentionally...so for many years we had groups of people paying into something and not receiveing a fair return or sometimes no return on their tax dollars, all to the benefit of others... |
