yep, gas, they are the ones I want to deter. Private citizens should not be selling guns because they are not licensed to do it. And anyone else at gun shows should be deterred.

Sorry, gas, I find hitting the pocket book works everytime. The reason I am not for total bans of private party sales is often historical relics ar esold in auctions, and not always high class auction houses. I am not for hammering the collector of antique and historical firearms as a hobby. I am hammering that private citizens are not licensed to sale guns because they do not do background checks. Auctions are regulated now. Handy over an antique does not mean some fool will not kill him/herself or someone else. I also have said that licensed dealers and lincensed re-sellers should handle these sales. |
