A) As I've already said - I have an AIRGUN - 22 cal.  I don't have rifles because I don't have an appropriate firesafe.
  (And actually, a 22 cal air rifle is lethal at that power in certain areas of the body, which is why the pellets for it are locked away). 
B) The safe I do have is combo.  The kids will not know the combo.  My wife should know it, but she can never remember it.
C) The safe is not for my safety.  It's mainly for fire protection.
