Cowher vs Tomlin - A 6 Year Study

What is this "hockey"  (pronounced 'hoke - e') you have brought into this conversation?

Tomlin:  Horrible clock management, challenge flag use and non-use, and sometimes situational play calling decisions or lack there of (4th and 1's).  At some point, this guy either has to defer these decisions to the O.C. on offense, and the D.C. on defense, or take a course at a local coaches clinic.

No head coach will make the perfect decision in every situation, but Tomlin's challenge history is freaking pathetic.  The team's inability to pick up 4th and 1's should have long deterred these decision from happening, and yet . . .
Can't use the "he's young and can be expected to make these types of mistakes".  Bullcrap!   Dude is going into year 7 as an NFL Head Coach . . . . the babying period is long over.   Now when you make dumb decisions, they start counting as strikes against your employment record.   Ask Andy Reid.
