saw django unchained last night. wow. 2.45 hrs of utter violence, over the top acting and racism and just plain silliness. one of the worst movies i have ever seen. terrible. the violence was so over the top and the blood spattering it made it worse.

and yet hollywood loves that movie...

I didn't read the story on Teo, what happened? 

he said his gf died in sept of leukemia. now the gf never existed as he met her online and it's all a joke. the issue is he said he met her in person, so now he lied about the whole thing bc he was embarrassed he got duped online. total fraud he is.

the movie is brutal hawk.

Kind of a weird story, so he met her online, but did he ever meet her in person?  If you don't meet a person face to face I think you can develop a relationship much as we have done on here, but I wouldn't ever think a woman I met online only was my girlfriend, that sort of implies dates and holding hands and kissing and such...can't do that virtual...did he skype with her?

Anyway, you should be happy hockey starts this weekend and I know you follow golf too, aren't they starting?  Won't be long and as you said baseball will start, Daytona 500 will hit in Feb, etc...I know we are barely into winter, but I am done with it, it can go away as far as I am concerned, give me back my 80 degree temps.

wow just got back. it's a really higher end job. i can do the work but don't have as  much experience as I thought. Interview was 90 min long and they didn't ask the usual dumb questions of best skill, worst day etc. i thought it went well, but they have more interviews to do. i hope to get it. it's the upper level jump i need to do at this stage of my career.

freaking cold today. high of 25. winter is here. got 2 inches of snow last night too.

and it's official - i am single again! she admitted that she didn't want to cut down on her smoking and drinking and i was not her Father to tell her so. So we agreed to go our seperate ways. I feel like Rodney Dangerfield in Back to School -- "I feel like I just got paroled! "

Catfish - hoping you get that job and good for you to have the standards that you are not willing to compromise, not sure how old she is, but the smoking and drinking is just an out for her to get numb and forget the issues she should deal with most likely, and you deserve better than that.

It's 14 here right now, but no snow, guess that is coming Thursday.

Got sick over the weekend, bad sinusitis infection, it sucks, haven't really slept for 2 days but am drugged up and trying to plug away, spent most of the holiday yesterday in bed.

Cold hearted, Hawkeye......at least that is what the mister tells me. Hehehehehehehe. I shock him quite often with my evil thoughts. I would have been a good mafia hitman, you know?  Shocking! I tell him I just have a vivid imagination and a latent mean streak I inherited from my father. I would never actually do any of the things I think of, but I still think of them.....Which, according to Jimmy Carter, is as bad as doig them. But, I disagree. If that were the case, 95% of us would be going straight to hell, wouldn't we?

look at it this way, the cold temps are good to kill the bugs, although last year was a lot warmer and I didn't feel there were lots of bugs this past summer...

had the 2nd interview this morning bc i was only 1 or 2 candidates they wanted. met with the boss or my future boss. i thought it really went well and we have the same visions for the company together. they're making their decision today or tomorrow. the recruiter is calling them now for any kind of notice as if they offer me the job, i need to put my 2 week notice in. no problem there. haha.
