He was never acquitted of murder.  He was never tried for murder.

The trial went nowhere and the prosecution, in an effort to save face, dropped (not acquitted) murder charges.

I think you missed my point.  It wasn't really about Randy Moss.  Maybe, I should have left that part out.  I was pointing out how you wanted the 49ers to win despite saying all that matters is winning championships in Boston.  Why did you even care about the Superbowl? The Patriots couldn't win.   

Am I missing something here???? When was Ray Lewis convicted of murder? Give the Ravens credit. They played one hell of a post season and earned this victory. A team that was banged up most of the year with an aging defense won it all! Say what you will about Flacco. He now has a ring, Super Bowl MVP and has won 8 post season games.

ESPN Radio did a comparison of Flacco vs. Brady in the playoffs and over the last 5 years. Flacco is superior in almost every category.
