The police can't just pull you over for fun. They must have probable cause. Like a tail light out, or you crossed a double yellow line, or ran a red light, or were speeding.
Congrats....probable cause is EVIDENCE.
but I can stop you on the street as long as I have reasonable suspicion......ie......a small child is in a park screaming for help. you walk out of the park past me at a brisk pace. I can stop you......based on.....here it comes....get ready......REASONABLE SUSPICION.
