Where are all the QUALIFIED black HCs

...yes we all are aware that Khan is not white....the Rooney rule was implemented in 2003....Khan bought team in 8 years later, in 2011...

It didn't sound like you knew.  Its 2013 and you said that all 32 team owners were white.  If you knew it back in 2011 then why in 2013 are you saying all 32 team owners are white? Is this supposed to be making us think that despite the rule made in 2003 that there is some sort of racism because there are no black owners?

...the topic being discussed earlier was whether the Rooney rule was even necessary, or if it was working at all...thats why I said 32 white owners, because at the time of implementation Khan wasn't an owner...and besides,  your point is rather irrelevant...it doesn't change anything I said, if there were 2 or 5 minority owners...the Rooney rule addresses hiring practices by owners, not ownership of teams...and my point isn't directed at just NFL owners, it goes to all team sports ownership, and to societal hiring practices in general...
