One nurse for about 5 minutes.  One doctor for 2 minutes.  I paid for the xrays out of pocket (which was $100) - hell, I could tell it was broken in 3 places & there was no lung puncture in the 5 seconds I was allowed to see the xray.  I refused painkillers.

Cost = $800.

If they wanted to give me a bill showing that a resident (it was NOT a doctor) wanted to bill me at $25,000 / hr we could go from there.

They refused to provide a bill detailing the reason for the costs.

Would you pay $25,000 an HOUR for treatment?
