The moderation staff recently decided to strike down on trolling, especially under multiple IDs. While it's true, using multiple IDs is not a violation of TOS, the admins decided using multiple IDs, specifically to troll, after having an ID banned is a violation.
What the TOS does state, and what users agree to when they create a profile, is the moderation staff has the right to remove any comment or user from the boards if they deem it neccessary. In this case, creating multiple IDs to come back after being banned.
