Good Morning B&G!

Well, yesterday sucked the big one. My buddy's kid gets beat in the first match 3-2 and ends up 4th overall, the Cuse folded going down the stretch, and my brother and sister inlaw's house caught fire.

My buddy's kid is young and will bounce back. The Cuse were on the road in a very tough environment, I think they will bounce back too. But my inlaws have just lost a lot of their posessions in an instant. No one was hurt but they lost their cat. It has me sick to my stomach, somehow the furnace was the cause.

At least it is Super Bowl Sunday, I can drink, relax, and put football to bed for about 6 months.

Sorry to hear of the fire, Khep.  Some things can't be replaced, but good to know the family is okay.  Condolences on the Cuse loss yesterday too.  They'll be in it come March though.


Buckeyes got by those nasty cornholers from Nebrasky. 


Condolences to Geo, Wabbit's hubby, Class, Rink, Amaizen and so forth for that loss by Meecheegan to the Hoser's of Indiana.



Not sure if I'll be able to get on much today.  Senora caught the flu late Friday night, and she's been stuck with me playing male nurse.  Not sure yet if I'm making her better or worse.


I really need the 49ers to rout the Ratbirds.  A good note prior to the SB though was when the HoF voters elected to eliminate Modell from consideration.  Loved that.


Congrats to another Buckeye making it to the HoF though, Cris Carter!!!  Should have been in last year. 


Will try to get back in later.  Maybe if I spike the Senora's medicinal fluids...
