Big Commit watch starting today..

Yeah I read Bell may be off to Tennessee but I also read the Buckeyes coaches seem to be confident.  Carrington cancelled his visit to Cbus this weekend so he is out and it looks like Dontre Wilson is more than a long shot and not many believe tOSU has a shot.  I think Bell and Clark may be the last two who are realistic options unless Urban has a late flip that no one sees coming.

Vonn Bell  would be a great get , but I think I red somewhere that he is leaning to Tennessee

If all things were equal he'd be at Tennessee. They aren't and we have as good of a shot as the other two from what I read. 

I think it's down to Wilson, Bell, Clark, and Elder for what's left to pick up.

OL is a huge priority and may end up with another commit sood in the '14. 

I've been seeing quite a few tweets tonight from multiple recruiting services saying Dontre Wilson is about to flip to tOSU and maybe as early as tomorrow!  This would be great news for the Buckeyes and another weapon for Meyer's offense.  I sure hope it's true and then finish with Bell on Wednesday and that's easily a top 5 class, if not top 3.

Adding Smith and Wilson to this class would be huge! Loading up on offense with speed playmakers!

Sounding like we'll have some early commits for '14 that could make a huge splash! 

Some reports now that Vonn Bell to tOSU is trending.  If Meyer can close with Dontre Wilson tonight and then Vonn Bell on Wednesday that would be fricking fantastic news!!  I am feeling very good about both after reading new info over the past 48 hours.  Top 3 class for the Buckeyes!?!?  I guess we will find out in a few days but it looks good.

The Toledo Blade has Dontre Wilson flipping his commitment from Oregon to the Buckeyes. He chose an Ohio State hat over Oregon and Texas in  live announcement on a Dallas newcast.

Yeah saw this coming and a new thread was started yesterday with some updates on recruiting.  I also have a good feeling Vonn Bell picks the good guys tomorrow morning and James Clark isn't 100% out of the picture despite his lean towards Florida.  I think Bell finishes the class as the 25th new Buckeye and locks up a top 3 recruiting class for tOSU!

Taivon Jacobs now wavering and will choose between tOSU and Maryland.  He has a 1 year old daughter and since Wilson committed that could another reason for his to switch schools.  I think with a young child he should probably stay home and go to MD.  

Ryan Timmons just committed to UK so I think that pushes Clark to Florida but you never know Clark could replace Jacobs.  Should be a fun 24+ hours ahead for Buckeye nation! 

Taivon wants to run track. Maryland was going to dismantle the track program until they got into the Big Ten. That's playing into the situation as well. Love to have him in the class, but completely respect his thoughts on his newborn....
