Thinking about it more, Id go Atlanta Falcons.

Jags and Texans are just too young.

Falcons been around since 1965 and NEVER WON A CHAMPIONSHIP at any level.

@TuckYou, The Falcons did win a NFC championship just like the Seahawks and Panthers.  Atlanta gets my vote because I hate them.
