Yeah, you can figuer it out if you actually tried.  Where you're gping to find the gun violence is primarily in the getto's as these are the places where the violent gangs exist.  Take away these areas and you will find very little gun violence in areas that are Democratic.  Believe me it's not the Democrates that are out forming right wing militia groups, like the minute men, running through the woods, armed to the teeth, trying to be Rambo.

I'm sure this would be the same crack cocaine that the CIA help smuggle into LA with the help of Ollie North.  I'm sure you've heard of the Contra Scandle.  Cia allowed Nicaraguan drug dealers to smuggle and sales crack cocaine in L.A so the proceeds could be used to help the Contra's fight the Sandanista government.  Ollie North was Ronald Reagan's point man on this clandestine operation.  14 members of the administration were  tried and found guilty of numerous criminal activities.  Since many tapes and records were destroyed and burned sufficient evidence could not be found to implecate Regan in this operation, thus the nickman " the teflon president " was hung on Reagan.  Regan and Bush subsequently pardoned all those convicted of crimes.  This drug smuggling and selling was just a small part of the Contra Affair.  So if this is the crack cocaine you're referring to you can thank our corrupt politicians and government officials for help providing it to our fellow citizens.

Please, you're talking about people with little or no education and without very much selfestime.  Instead of the government they looked for help from they got sold down the river.  You tell me the chacter of those that would do that to their own people.

yes i agree, but right now there arent many jobs in the marketplace! if we bounce back and the econ picks back up there will be more jobs and in return will be more opp to make money. and i would still venture to say outside of pro sthletes,rock stars and such the college grad still makes more then the non college grad! 

I don't see the economy coming back. I think what we are experiencing now is the new normal.

I hate to disagree with you but an education means much more than simply monetary reward.  One of the primary reasons for an education is to make us better people.  The more you know the better you are or should be.  An education gives us a better understanding of our world and people that share it with us.

Have you even been reading this whole argument?  You have to have a birth certificate to get an ID.  There are some people who do not and have never had a birth certificate.  No birth certificate for them exists.  They don't get questioned by immigration, we know they were born in this country, we know they have always lived in this country, we know they are not felons, they are certainly old enough to vote so they should have the right to vote even though they don't have an ID.  If you had to be born in America to vote then I could understand the problem but you just have to be a citizen so there is just no good reason to keep them from voting except they are likely to vote Democrat.

Not really sure what one has to do with the other.  Most Americans agree that we should be able to own a gun to protect ourselves, our family, our home, we just don't all agree that you should be able to have arsenals of automatic weapons.

my point is pretty simple, when the gun debate is brought up it becomes party warfare, much like evertything else. my point it seems like the people who stand up for guns rights are called "right wingers" but yet its the dems that are calling these people who believe in the right to bear arms out, yet it seems its there biggest voting block that is using more of the guns in violence, but again we can agree to disagree

Oh boy.  OK, first off there were no machine guns when Jefferson wrote that and I would think that the fathers of our country would be disgusted to see there sons hiding behind the 2nd amendment to protect these types of weapons.  Second, I understand the right to overthrow the government if need be but you are in dreamland if you think there is any way we could overthrow our goverment.  We have allowed them to spend so much money on weapons, weapons of mass destruction, biological weapons,  tanks, drones, armor, bombers, our soldiers are so well trained, we wouldn't stand a chance no matter how many AR-15s you might have.  200 years ago, yeah, maybe we could have risen up and taken over but it's just a foolish thought to think you could today.

Outside of a few insecure people killing themselves the internet never killed anyone.  Certainly not the amount of people that assault weapons in the hands of the wrong people have.  And I love how the founding fathers and the constitution is always used by the right but I use them and it's "here we go".

The point I was making was that you can't hit a button and someone dies.  You can pull a trigger and someone dies so I don't see them as the same thing.  And you may not consider yourself a Republican but on most issues that I've debated you on you seem to be on the right.  Maybe not insane far right nutjob but certainly to the right
