Yes and sold by African slaveowners. The AFRICANS SOLD THEIR OWN PEOPLE to Europeans so the Euros could bring them here. Why did the African enslave one another? That's pretty sad if you ask me.

I think we should get reperations and demand Africa owe the Americans for selling their own kind as slaves. The "Motherland" was nothing more than slave owners and slave traders of their own kind.
Oh well, the African manned up and got over it as far as I can tell. I don't hear them blaming every downfall on past slavery that they did not even experience themselves.
