I'm not gay-- but I believe gays should be free to marry and do whatever they want just like a heterosexual person would. I would, however, feel very uncomfortable if I were a center and a the quarterback had to reach his hand close to my genital region before each play or if I had to shower naked in the same shower area as them on a regular basis.

No one can marry someone of the same sex.  There is no such thing as 'gay marriage'.  Marriage is between a man and woman.  By definition. Unless you go changing it.  And if we're changing definitions for things such as sexual preference which homesexually really is, then we doomed to folly.  It is complete madness that people are so ignorant that we can't even think of what this is.

Its POLITICS.  There's no reason to care who someone else likes to have sex with unless its being forced into the public to accept.  And when something private such as sex (well...should be private anyways) is forced into the public to accept then people become ignorant and easily decieved...and we start saying its ok to marry a dog or a horse or a 5 year old kid so you can get monetary benefits and have the 'same rights' as us who don't marry dogs or horses or kids.

THEY ALREADY HAVE THE SAME RIGHTS.  They are equally protected under the law as anyone else.  IF NOT, then it is the people in government who need to be held accountable...not those who refuse to accept what many consider a sinful, disgusting practice.  It is a deception to think that someone needs to be afforded more rights because of who they choose to have sex with but that is exactly what's happening here.

Also, the victim card gets thrown around so those who are ok with homosexuality being publicly promoted, are influenced by those who think its not wrong.  When that happens division and strife happens and it extends to a greater degree.   And yes, hate is always around the corner.  You're not going to get rid of it.  Remember how many hated Jungle fever during the civil rights era and prior?  Those people are still around.  Yet skin color is something your born with.  Sexual preference is not.  I never met a 'gay' baby or child.  I never met a child who likes to bang hot red head chics.  ANOTHER LIE perpetuated to make those who don't accept their sexual preference seem like bigots and retreads.

Pissed off yet?  Here's more truth:  Marriage was created for the sake of raising children in a godly aka loving, household, for marriage is ordained by God and only by God.   There is no other reason to get married.  In fact, it is STUPID to get married for anything other than that reason.  People think they want to get married for money, for politics, for SEX, and every time IT IS A BAD CHOICE.  EVERY TIME!   If you want to just fuck**** around with whoever in private, FINE!  People are free too as long as it is among consenting adults and as long as it is a private matter.  Once it starts becoming public for a local, you can then expect MAD EVIL like in South America, Asia, and Europe where child prostitution and slaver is out in the open.  FUCK**** THAT.

It may not be called "gay marriage", but Nine States do have "same-sex marriage".

Those States are: Connecticut, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, NY, Vermont and Washington (DC).

Rhode Island will accept those marriages from other states.

THEY ALREADY HAVE THE SAME RIGHTS.
Not Quite! As mentioned above, Gays can't marry, adopt or collect their partner's benefits in many states.
Marriage was created for the sake of raising children in a godly aka loving, household, for marriage is ordained by God and only by God.
Hard to go against you on that, Fyrantz!
