Howard can have his lifestyle and marketing opportunities wherever he plays. He was marketed when he played in Orlando and he will be marketed again wherever else he goes (provided that he returns to being an NAB player that is marketable).
Howard is melting on the big stage of LA and my guess is that he bolts at the first opportunity. Either Brooklyn or Atlanta.
