I would surely give up good prospects and one good ML player like Niese or Parnell to get these two players...
I have a feeling this might be met with a lot of talk the other direction, but I'd make the argument that Niese is much more valuable piece to always be the first player mentioned in trade ideas. Harvey, Wheeler, Syndergaard, Gee, Mejia, Fulmer, Montero, Tapia, DeGrom, Robles, Mazzoni, Mateo, and Familia are all righties.
Lester is a great idea and he might be available anyhow after 2013 depending on his performance this year. The Red Sox hold his option for $13MM for 2014. On the other hand if he pitches well he'll sign a huge contract.
