Jim set me straight on the weekly format. With my computer being down, I was way behind on league settings. No max moves works. Never played QS instead of wins but that is OK too. Looking forward to a new group of quality owners.

I called TREFF. He said he is planning on joining the league but had not gotten an invite from Tlance. Let's get this miscommunication resolved. It will be nice to play against Scott at his second best fantasy game.

And as for the timing of the draft, I can make March 16 or 17 work. Since I am an income tax accountant, the sooner we tie this down the better as I would normally be working both days... the burdens we bare for our occupation...I am half Irish, half Scottish and haven't celebrated St Patties Day properly for quite some time.

As far as using quality starts instead of wins, OPS instead of BA, 1 DL slot or 2, the time and date of the draft, these are things Tlance said could be discussed once everyone signed up.
So Fuzzy, pass along that info to Treff and once he gets signed up we can get this show on the road. 

And Tlance is out of town this weekend incase anyone is wondering about his silence. 

Talked to TREFF and gave him the league info. He said he would be signed in this eve.

okay ya'll sorry i've been AWOL..I take a small hiatus, and totally missed that this thread was created.  Igenerally keep to the football side, even during baseball season.

I'm no rookie, been playing for about 20 years, but it has always been nothing more than a way to pass the time between Super Bowl and Training camp.  Done H2H, Roto, and straigjt up points, but my only true focus as far as baseball goes would be the simulation leagues, I just get more out of it, and there are no debates about OPS vs BA, or QS vs W's.

Thanks to Fuzzy for he league info, but yahoo isn't accepting the # or the PW...and with Tlance absent, he never recieved my confirmation that i sent about a week ago, so I haven't gotten my invite as of yet.  Anyone have any ideas?

As for the draft, I'll be skiing from March 14th-17th, so if one of those days is picked, I'm okay with it, and I'll make due with whatever I get.  I'm under no illusion that I'll win this thing, just hoping to be competetive! 

Not sure what to tell you, that is the same signup info I gave to Philabuster today and he signed up with it ok.  Either try again or wait a day until Tlance returns.
