I don't have specific answers to that question. I do not know when the new commenting system will be implemented or which features (either new or improved) will make it to the next phase.

This used to be a spam free site. Not so much now. The fix is so simple, even w/o a rating system. Make new users wait 30-60 days before they can create threads/polls
