MIZZOU +5 vs. FLORIDA. Put this in tonight but if it grows to +6 I'll add more tomorrow. Florida has the scoring advantage and crushed Mizzou earlier in the season when they were faltering after losing Bowers. As I've said before Bowers is nowhere near back to what he was. The Arkansas game was his worst of the year but Bell and Brown have blossomed while he was gone. Pressey continues to have brainfreezes that keep him from reaching his potential but I can't stress enough how much better this team is at home. They have a definite rebounding advantage and if the homecourt/crowd give them the usual lift this should be a battle to the buzzer. Not trying to convince anyone to believe what I believe and Florida is a great team but if there was ever a game that the Tigers will be ready for I believe this is it. It would actually put me more at ease if everyone jumps on the Gators and calls me a fool or a homer. Then no pressure ....but I truly believe Mizzou is the play here and in reality the number should be higher if Florida is what they are cracked up to be. The upside for Oriaki. Ross, Pressey if he's on, and Bowers if he recovers anything of what he had, added to what I think can be expected from Bell and Brown make this Missouri team quite formidable and I'm betting they come through tomorrow night. Please fade or ignore so I don't have to feel bad if I'm wrong here. GOOD LUCK whatever you play.
