I wish I could say that my Orangemen are a significant threat to win it all, but I have serious doubts. They can be counted upon to play good to very good defense every game (they really haven't played a bad defensive game all season so far), but the offense appears too unreliable to win six straight in the NCAAs. Case in point: SU lost at UConn last week, holding the Huskies to 66 points despite surrenduring 8 threes. Problem was that those 8 threes came on only 14 shots while the Orange clanged one wide open look after another. Any team that catches fire from deep while SU is sputtering on offense has a good chance of taking them out.
