The Jayhawks 23 straight appearances in the NCAAs may well be the longest such streak in the country, but their streak of winning seasons falls well short of Syracuse's -- by 20 years, in fact. SU's last losing season: 1968-69. Last .500 season: 1969-70. And nothing but winning since then. 43 straight, the longest -- by far -- in the nation
Unless you meant consectutive seasons with at least 23 wins. It's a little ambiguous.
