Once again Charles, what I said went over your tiny little head. I don't expect an apology for a difference of opinion but I do expect an apology when someone says you are wrong and that you are a stupid idiot and then what you said would happen is exactly what happens. I would man up an apologize if I did that Charles and I would even expect a moron like you to as well. However,, apparently hornstampede doen't have the guts or the character to do it.

Wrongness is at the center of your essence.
You've been writing that anybody which disagrees with you is an idiot for years. Expecting an apology for one incident shows you to be another of those jerks who can serve it up and can't take it. What a friggin' loser hypocrite! |

You shouldn't use the word, man. You aren't man enough to use it properly.
What happened, did you not get meat with your spaghetti and eat your balls when you were unable to control your appetitte? It would explain your obsession with same sex relations. |

Hookem. We own a 150K house and pay about 1500 a year in taxes and the local school system is excellent. I live about an hour from Dallas. We closed last year and all the comparables that we looked at the taxes were a little lower. Depends on where you live I guess.

My bad we pay almost 4K. Appraised in the 170s but petitioned the county to drop it to the 150s. 3-4K is about right. But still better than most places I've lived.

I was wondering, College Station doesn't have high property taxes according to all the data I can find. If you live in Brazos County you pay 1.5 percent which is about 2400 on a 160k house. Living in Bryan or College Station adds about 1 percent to that depending upon where you live. So I couldn't understand how you could live in a 250k house in some other state and pay 1k a year in property taxes and afford to have nice schools unless the cities provide absolutely no other services. Unless they tax you to death in some other way. Either way, you are paying for it somehow.
