Any word on when Mo Williams will be back?  I hope he's ready to play soon. I can't handle watching Watson stink it up much longer!

I don't understand why the Jazz played a slow half court tempo in OT!  The Celtics are an old team playing their second game in two nights and the Jazz let them off the hook!

Not sure when Mo is back, but he'll definitely be an upgrade over Watson and Tinsley. I see those two out of the rotation if Mo returns and is effective and healthy. Burks can back Mo. That way, if the starting 5 are unchanged, the second unit will consist of Burks, Hayward, Carroll, Favors and Kanter.

I am disappointed with the Jazz loss to the Celtics. There was too much "trying to force the ball to Al". I was equally disappointed with how the refs allowed Garnett to manhandle Jefferson. I understand the concept of not allowing someone to gain position in the paint, but Garnett took it to a different level while the refs watched on. Of course, Corbin didn't really adjust with the result that more often than not the shot clock dwindled to single digits before someone made a move. The Jazz will always have trouble closing out a close game with no go-to guy.

It will be more of the same this season. If the Jazz make the playoffs, it will be as a 7th or 8th seed, with an early exit at the hands of the Spurs or Thunder.

I think the Jazz are still a season or two away from being homecourt playoff team. They need to use their cap room carefully this offseason and get the right mix of free agents to compliment the core. It can be done. There is talent.

I was disgusted by the way Garnett was allowed to grab, push, hold, and elbow last night.  I understand letting them play but that was awful.

I agree that the Jazz will be a first round practice series for pretty much anybody at this point.  I'm not convinced yet that they will even make it.
If the Jazz could get some consistent play at PG I'd feel more optimistic about them.

The box score only credited Watson with 4 turnovers.  Somebody must like him.

Hayward went cold late when the tempo slowed down. It seems like he's at his best when the pace is quick and he just reacts.  To take it to the next level he's got to start trusting himself.

The Jazz will have plenty of cap space to sign free agents but how many of the desirable guys are going to be willing to play in Utah? From what I have read the Jazz have a better chance of keeping Jefferson than Millsap.  I don't see Marvin Williams returning next season at a cost of 11 million unless he improves drastically between now and the end of the season.  I would rather see Carroll getting the playing time that Williams gets at this point.

Yeah, I could have sworn he had at least 5 turnovers in that first half.

And KG's moving screens on EVERY SINGLE POSSESSION... along with just blatantly holding players, hooking them, arm-barring them, etc.  I didn't see it get called once.

Unfortunately, Marvin Williams has a player option, so he'll likely pick it up. He's not getting paid anywhere close to that level anywhere else.

Ouch!  I didn't realize it was a player option. He'd be crazy to turn it down.

This team gets me excited with a showing like they had leading upto the All Star break.  Then they bring me back to reality.

They need a PG.

The head coach is a nice guy but a terrible head coach.

They have a bunch of young talent that will take some time to reach their potential.

I'm simply stunned that the only starting lineup change (that wasn't a forced change because of injury) has been to switch out Tinsley for Watson. That's not a step in the right direction. It's probably not even a lateral step; most likely it's a downgrade. Watson is just as bad defensively, and even worse on offense.

The lineup of Burks/Foye/Hayward + any two of Millsap/Favors/Kanter has been AMAZING, yet Corbin refuses to tinker with the starting unit.

The lineup of Tinsley/Watson, Foye, Marvin, Millsap, Jefferson gets outscored by an AVERAGE of 8 points per 100 possessions.

Of that group Millsap is the only guy that consistently plays on both ends of the floor.

Watson makes them worse on both ends of the floor the seocn he steps on the court. He can have nice game here and there but is typically garbage!

Marvin seldome plays a complete game and rarely plays well two games in a row.

Jefferson ahs given better defensive effort but leaves alot to be desired.  The throw the ball to Jefferson in the post offense makes the whole unit stagnate on both ends.  Tempo is crap.

Foye is a good shooter and that's about it.  He needs to be paired with a unit that can cover for his poor defense and penetrate on the offensive end to create good open shots for him.

The front office needs to wake up.  They are wasting a season of development for the young guys with Corbins garbage rotations!

Kanter starts and absoulutely dominates, though to be fair it was against Charlotte. I really think he is going to be a all star caliber player. Great footwork, decent midrange shot thats getting better, great rebounder, not a game changer defensively, but miles better than Jefferson.
