Official Stop OBAMA Express!!!

Alright, gun lovers, let's forget the BS.  Is there any reason for civilians to have military weapons or magazine of more than 10 bullets?

It doesn't matter if there is a reason - that's never been the basis for law in the US.  We don't ban things just because there isn't a reason to have them.  If so, beanie babies would have been contraband, same for yo-yo's, truck nutz (though they do serve as a badge for white trash, so there's that), creepy crawlers (yes, I had them), etc, etc, etc, etc, etc.

We ban things because there is a reason for people NOT to have them, and that reason is supposed to be that the rights of others are infringed by ownership or use. 

Well, or because we get scared of portrayals of those that use those things, like what happened with alcohol, cocaine, and marijuana prohibitions.

Alcohol - wife and child beaters, all the dregs of society, etc.

Cocaine - black people.

Marijuana - mexicans.
