Probably the two most talked-about minor-leaguers of this season, it appears neither Billy Hamilton nor Dylan Bundy will appear in the big leagues this season.

We already wrote about the Reds' Hamilton, now Eduardo A. Encina of the Baltimore Sun passes this note about the Orioles' right-hander along:

Bundy, 19, was the fourth overall pick in the 2011 draft out of Oklahoma and made headlines earlier this season by not allowing a hit in his first four starts (while striking out 21 in just 13 innings), or an earned run in his first five or a run in his first six starts. Overall, he's 9-3 with a 2.08 ERA in 23 starts, including three at Double-A Bowie, where he's 2-0 with a 3.24 ERA. He has 119 strikeouts in 103 2/3 innings, walking only 28.
