|Harper's meme lives on and has extended to 'Jeopardy!'. (US Presswire)|
Back on June 13, we knew Nationals rookie Bryce Harper came through with a classic quote when he told a reporter, "That's a clown question, bro." Little did we know just how big that quip would become. The reach has now extended past the sporting world, because "That's a Clown Question, Bro" was a category on Jeopardy! Friday night. Seriously.
CATEGORY: THAT'S A CLOWN QUESTION, BRO. CLUE: Tim Curry described this character as "a smile gone bad" #jeopardy— Jeopardy! (@Jeopardy) January 25, 2013
The correct response: Who is Pennywise the Dancing Clown? For more THAT'S A CLOWN QUESTION, BRO clues, watch Jeopardy! today. #jeopardy— Jeopardy! (@Jeopardy) January 26, 2013
That moment probably ranks right up there with being my pick for "biggest character" in 2012, right?
On a serious note, it's amazing the legs this quote has, which is definitely a testament to the power of social media and the Internet as a whole.
