Chris Perez's shoulder feeling better

By Jeff Lippman | CBSSports.com

Indians closer Chris Perez, who has been out with a right shoulder strain, was asked by MLB.com how his arm felt Sunday. Perez said he's doing well.

The closer is expected to throw a bullpen session on Monday. Perez has tossed just two innings this spring and has yet to allow a run with two Ks.

Perez has saved at least 23 games in three straight seasons and recorded a career-high 39 saves last year with a 3.59 ERA and 59 Ks over 57 2/3 innings.
