Bronson Arroyo almost quality against Rockies

By Ed Gauna | CBSSports.com

Reds pitcher Bronson Arroyo made his third appearance of the Cactus League on Monday night against the Rockies and just missed out on a quality start. He allowed one run on five hits over 5 2/3 innings. The right-hander surrendered a solo homer to Dexter Fowler in the first for his lone damage. Arroyo also walked two and struck out one while lowering his spring ERA to 3.09.
