Oakland A's run spot for "It Gets Better" project

By Dayn Perry | Baseball Writer
Here's the A's spot in support of the "It Gets Better" project:

Journalist Dan Savage started "It Gets Better" in 2010 with the admirable goal of "show[ing] young LGBT people the levels of happiness, potential, and positivity their lives will reach – if they can just get through their teen years."

The A's video is one of more than 40,000 made in support of "It Gets Better." The cross-Bay Giants were the first MLB club -- the first sports franchise -- to make an "It Gets Better" video, and since then the Dodgers, Cubs, Red Sox, Rays, Orioles, and others have followed suit.

Good for the A's for joining their ranks and lifting up a worthy cause.
