Bryce Harper replaces Giancarlo Stanton on NL All-Star roster

CBSSports.com Insider Jon Heyman reports that Nationals rookie phenom Bryce Harper has been chosen to replace Marlins outfielder Giancarlo Stanton on the NL All-Star roster.

Stanton is facing knee surgery and will miss the next four-to-six weeks.

The 19-year-old Harper is hitting .283/.357/.478 on the season. He becomes the youngest position player ever selected to the All-Star Game.
