Upton brothers both hit their 100th career homers on the same night

By C. Trent Rosecrans | Blogger

Within one hour on Friday, Justin and B.J. Upton both hit the 100th home runs of their career.

The younger Upton, Justin, hit his ninth home run of the season in the second inning of the Diamondbacks' 4-2 victory over the Phillies off of right-hander Kyle Kendrick.

At Tampa Bay, B.J. hit a solo shot in the fourth inning of the Rays' 2-0 victory over the Orioles and right-hander Tommy Hunter.

Here's the video of the two homers

The Uptons are the sixth pair of brothers to each have at least 100 home runs to go along with Joe and Vince DiMaggio, Sandy and Roberto Alomar, Clete and Ken Boyer, Bret and Aaron Boone and Bob and Irish Muesel.
