Small-world tidbit: Jose Lima's former wife to marry Roberto Clemente Jr.

By Matt Snyder | Baseball Writer

Remember Jose Lima? Sadly, he died far too young -- at the age of 37 in 2010 -- but if you do remember him, you remember saying "Lima Time!" and you also probably remember this picture of him singing the national anthem at a Dodgers game (via Deadspin):

Why might we remember this picture so well? Gee, not sure. Maybe it's the smoking hot woman standing next to Lima Time, who is Melissa Lima, his then-wife.

It turns out, Melissa Lima was spotted at PNC Park Sunday with Roberto Clemente Jr., who told Dejan Kovacevic of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review that the couple is engaged to be married in Houston "soon."

So, yes, this is obviously Earth-shattering news and you could not have lived without it. Really, though, can you blame me for finding an excuse to post the picture of Melissa?
