Eye on Photos: AT&T Park before World Series Game 1

By Matt Snyder | Baseball Writer

SAN FRANCISCO -- Never been to AT&T Park, home of the Giants? We've got you covered. Here are some shots of the beautiful ballpark -- really, one of the best in the majors -- prior to Game 1 of the World Series. I just walked around the at-the-time empty stadium and took some pictures, and the astute readers can even figure out what time.

Note: Click on each photo to enlarge to full size.

My view from the auxiliary press 'box.' A close-up view of the giant clock.
Great view of the Bay Bridge from the back of AT&T Park.
Close-up of the giant Coke bottle, which contains several slides for kids.
Love the mileage signs. All ballparks should have a similar feature.
Perfect down-the-line view from right field, with McCovey Cove directly behind.
